Ref: Best Mayor Award to Clara Harelik (D), a biggest Blunder by the Chamber
Dear Mr. Coyle:
It looks like the Chamber of Commerce has made a big mistake by awarding Clara Harelik, the Best Mayor of Union County. I would like to make a humble request to the Chamber to reconsider its decision and take back this award on following grounds:
1. In 2004 as Mayor she sold the township of Springfield for $30,000.00 to be the host for Muti-Billion Dollar PGA 2005 world event. At the same time she allowed a big contributor to Democrat Party Zygmunt Wilf alias Ziggi Wilf a business tycoon and a real estate developer to Rent Out a Residential Road Ashwood Rd. for undisclosed amount of Money to the Baltusrol Golf Club to be used as a State Highway for Heavy Commercial Vehicles to go inside the Club from one of Wilf’s property on Ashwood towards the dead end for almost 4-5 months without complying the law and getting the consent of the residents of Ashwood Rd.
2. In 2004 she has presided on the application of Baltusrol Golf Club to cut down 350 Trees not to be planted again, which the club specifically put in writing. In reality they cut down more then 500 Trees. She is an anti-environmentalist.
3. In 2004 she as Mayor (attorney also) made terrorist threats to the undersigned for the issues raised against her administration of Racism, Corruption and injustice.
4. In 2005 the Planning Board of this Town allowed Zygmunt Wilf alias Ziggi Wilf to build apartments on parking lot of a 45 year old badly kept complex on fraudulent variances to create a ghetto in the Springfield.
5. In 2005 she was part of the process in hiring a Town Administrator Edward Fannings by diluting the Qualification and Experience Required for this post which is not needed at all in the first place. Mr. Fanning is an attorney, a democrat, no prior experience in this job. In this town all appointments are made within the majority community. Mr. Fannings has the sanity to tell the undersigned “SHUT UP” in the presence of the Mayor Harelik when this issue of Corruption and Racism was raised in the township Committee Meeting. In an earlier meeting Mayor Harelik has the sanity to equate Edward Fanning a low caliber not to successful attorney with a legend Peter Jennings.
6. In 2006 her administration has provided fraudulent variances to Zygmunt Wilf to blow up a Mountain to build 93 Condominiums right next a Baptist Church and 11 Single Family Homes. This land is nothing but steep terrains untouched by any human being for more then 50 years. Mr. Wilf will cut down more then 60 % of the trees to build this anti-environment and anti-human Monument of Corruption.
7. Her administration is a known repeat offender of OPRA. The town attorney Bruce Bergen has the sanity to conspire how not to provide information even after 4-5 months. The undersigned had documentary evidences of official internal correspondences between Bergen, Town Clerk Wisniewski and Assistant Secretary Linda. That’s the reason Mayor Harelik approved the Resolution to oppose a senate Bill 1219 & 366 by Senator Martin(R) & Karcher, which calls for stiffer rather double the existing penalties on repeat offenders of OPRA like her.
8. The most shameful is in Jonathan Dayton High all colored students have their lockers on one corner which is called “NIGGER AVE.” and the streets on Springfield Rd. predominantly with colored population is called “THE SQUARE” Springfield Police has officers who can stop a 5 year old and a 9 year old at gun point from meeting their mother. They have officers who have been indicted by Municipal Judge of New Providence for Selective Enforcement of Law. Summons issued on Racial Grounds by Springfield were challenged in that Court.
In light of all the above the undersigned make a humble request to the Union County Chamber of Commerce to take back this award from Mayor Clara Harelik, who is neither honest nor secular. Individuals like her are thief’s posing as Politicians stealing from the poor children, adults, elderly sick in the State of New Jersey. That is the reason 38% of the population lives in 46 Towns and rest of the 520 Towns are personal Kingdom’s of thief’s like her where they can create any number of jobs which are not needed. The shocking part is it goes to the other thief’s who wants to perpetuate corruption, racism and just want to be loyal to the thief who installed them in a seat of power. In broad day light these thief’s are misrepresenting and telling lies to the public that the inequalities, corruption and racial segregation is on the decrease whereas it is increasing and has been legalized by the unethical, immoral and professionally corrupt Attorney’s of New Jersey.
